Administrator guide
The administrator creates the company account. The top menu opens My entries, Profile, Team, Reports, and Settings.
1. Access the account

Create the account
Go to horarioweb.es and press “Create a new account”. Register with your company name. No credit card is required.

Log in
On the “Log in” screen, enter your email or username and your password, then press “Log in”.

If you forget the password
Press “Forgot your password?” on that same screen and follow the instructions.
After you log in you see your home screen, with the greeting, the company name, and the “Administrator” label. The administrator can also clock their own workday from this screen.
2. Set the work schedule
In “Settings” you define when hours count as overtime. The date the data-processing agreement was accepted is shown here too.

Open Settings
Press “Settings” in the top menu.

Adjust the values
Type the minutes, or use the shortcuts, such as “Use 7h 30m” or “Use 37h 30m”.

Save
Press “Save settings”.
3. Your profile
In “Profile” you can set the name shown instead of your email or username, and choose the language (Spanish, Catalan, or English). Press “Save profile” to apply the changes. Only an administrator can change the email.

Daily work minutes mark a day that totals more than that time as overtime. The default is 480 minutes (8 hours). The weekly threshold marks a week that totals more than that time. The default is 2400 minutes (40 hours).
Can I change the name that is shown and the language?
Yes. In “Profile” you set the name shown instead of your email or username, and you choose Spanish, Catalan, or English. Press “Save profile”. Only an administrator can change the email.
