Terms of use

HorarioWeb is a free digital working-time record, provided by Laboratorio Web Soluciones, S.L. (tax ID B13704515), Avd. de Burgos 56, 3B, 26007 Logroño, Spain, info@horarioweb.es.

The client company creates an account, invites its workforce, and uses the entries, corrections, and reports. The service is provided as published. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or that harms the service.

The person who creates the account states that they represent the company and can bind it, including by accepting the data processing agreement.

The company informs its workforce about working-time records and is the controller of that data. Laboratorio Web is the processor. The processing is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit disputes about use of the application to the courts of Logroño.
